Online Registration for Interpreters

Interpreters engaged by the Victim Support Agency (VSA) will be paid €55/hour (excl. VAT) under a signed agreement. Service requests must be confirmed in writing within 48hours, otherwise they pass to the next interpreter. Work is allocated fairly if more than one interpreter is available per language, and the list of interpreters will be published on the VSA website. Interpreters must hold a professional qualification, a valid VAT number, and issue monthly invoices with detailed timesheets in line with the VAT Act. The agreement is governed by GDPR and data protection laws; interpreters must keep all information strictly confidential during and for five years after the agreement, and cannot remove or retain VSA information without authorization.
